How long are gift cards valid?
Twelve months from the date of purchase. They can be used across all Vellum services.
Can I pause a membership?
Yes. Membership can be paused for up to two months in any twelve-month period.
What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments moved with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at 50% of the service price.
